Before you ask
Is it really per agency, not per user?
Yes. Each plan includes a number of users (3, 8 or 15 per branch). Beyond that, an extra user is a small monthly amount. A five-person agency is on Pro.
What does moving over cost?
Nothing. We import your properties, owners and contacts, and connect your website, as part of the setup.
Is there a contract?
No. It is monthly and you can leave any time. Your data can be exported to a spreadsheet whenever you want, at no charge.
What happens when the AI replies run out?
It stops answering by itself and leaves the conversation for your team, as before. You can add more replies in packs, or move up a plan.
Do you send listings to Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, idealista or Imovirtual?
Not yet: we have applied and are going through each portal's approval. Until then you keep your current portal upload, and your own website is updated by Autisync.
We are in Portugal. Does it handle AMI and the energy certificate?
Yes. With Portugal as your market, a property cannot go on your website without the energy class and your AMI licence, and the AMI number appears on every ad.
