FAQ
Do drivers need to install an app?
No. The driver app runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen. It works on Android and iPhone.
How do customers track the van?
They get a link by text and email. It shows the van on a map and the arrival time, and updates if the van runs late.
What counts as proof of delivery?
A photo, the customer's signature on the driver's phone, and the scanned QR label, all saved against the delivery with the time and place.
How much does it cost?
From £99 a month (€115 in Portugal) for up to 3 drivers and 2 office users. Fleet covers 10 drivers for £229 and Depot covers 25 per depot for £449. Extra drivers are £15 a month. Setup is a one-off from £695, halved if you pay yearly.
